This is a binding contract between you (the Affiliate) and WebHostingM, outlined at webhostingm.com. It dictates your participation in our Marketing Affiliate Program (the Affiliate Program), subject to regular updates and possible replacement.
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of WebHostingM.
Earn commissions through a unique code assigned to you for sales on our website. The standard commission rate is 25% unless specified differently. Commission eligibility requires submission of necessary documentation and adherence to our payment terms.
Affiliates bear responsibility for all income taxes related to their sales. Non-U.S. affiliates are subject to U.S. income tax withholding. Compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including restrictions on embargoed nations and specially designated nationals, is mandatory. Please see U.S. Department of the Treasury or Bureau of Industry and Security for more info.
Commissions are paid every 45 days, post-sale confirmation, subject to a minimum payout amount of $25. Payments are issued in US Dollars either Wise.com, via PayPal or bank draft, with processing fees applicable for bank drafts.
Affiliate websites should be suitable for viewers of all ages, especially those under 13 years old, when referencing the affiliate program. The use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or SPAM is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates are required to maintain a valid email address for communication. Sales are tracked through a unique affiliate URL, and proper credit for sales is contingent upon the use of this URL.
The agreement is active until terminated by either party and can be ended for reasons including unprofessional conduct or breach of terms. WebHostingM reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time, with immediate effect upon posting.
The agreement is governed by the laws of the U.S state our business is incorporated in. Disputes are subject to online mediation or binding arbitration in such state. The agreement covers various legal and operational provisions, including liability limitations, email communications, unauthorized payment processing, and predatory advertising practices.
